In this role, you will play a key part in supporting and enhancing our Financial Services Operations (FSO) platform, ensuring high performance, stability, and scalability. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver innovative ServiceNow solutions that drive business transformation.Key Responsibilities Support, maintain, and extend existing FSO platform functionality within ServiceNow.Design, configure, and implement new features and enhancements aligned withbusiness requirements.Collaborate with scoped app teams to manage integrations, plug-ins, and third-partysolutions.Contribute to ServiceNow software release cycles by delivering configuration tasksand featuresTroubleshoot, resolve, and document incident tickets related to the ServiceNowplatform and hosted applications.Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, coding standards, and platformgovernance.Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, reviews, andretrospectives.Required Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow implementations and development.Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) and must be able to verify.Certified ServiceNow Application Developer (CAD) and must be able to verify.Strong understanding of ServiceNow data structures, scripting (JavaScript, Glide), and UI policies.Preferred Qualifications4+ years of in-depth experience in ServiceNow implementations, ideally within thefinancial services domain.Certified ServiceNow Implementer in Customer Service Management (CSM) and/orFinancial Services Operations (FSO).Experience with ServiceNow integrations, including REST/SOAP APIs and third-partysystems.Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
