This role is ideal for someone passionate about instructional design, storytelling, and building impactful learning journeys.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in designing structured learning modules, courses, and microlearning contentResearch and organize content into engaging learning experiencesCreate storyboards, scripts, and interactive learning flowsCollaborate with subject matter experts to simplify complex conceptsSupport development of presentations, assessments, and learner activitiesReview and improve existing learning materials based on feedbackRequirementsCurrently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Education, Instructional Design, Psychology, Communication, or related fieldStrong writing and content structuring skillsBasic understanding of instructional design principlesCreativity in presenting information in engaging formatsFamiliarity with tools like PowerPoint, Canva, Google Slides, or similarAttention to detail and strong research skillsGood To HaveKnowledge of e-learning tools (Articulate, Rise, Storyline, etc.)Understanding of Bloom’s Taxonomy or adult learning principlesExperience creating educational or training contentWhat You'll GainHands-on experience in learning design projectsExposure to real-world course developmentMentorship from experienced professionalsPortfolio-worthy projects
