Job Description Role: ALM/PLSQL DeveloperLocation: Bengalore/Hyderabda/Chennai/Pune/Mumbai/NoidaMandatory Skillset : SAP Callidus ALM or ProducerProLocation: OffshoreWho are we looking for?Callidus Cloud typically involves designing, configuring, and managing the system for various sales performance aspects, including compensation plans, quota setting, and agent management.Technical Skills:4 - 9 years of experience in implementing, upgrading, modernizing, and migrating Callidus products. Skills & Experience:PL/SQL DevelopmentDesign, develop, and optimize PL/SQL stored procedures, functions, packages, triggers, and scripts.Troubleshoot and debug complex PL/SQL code and query performance issues.Implement data transformations and business logic in the database layer.Ensure database code adheres to security, performance, and quality standards.The candidate will be provided hands-on expertise with in below Callidus modules as well :Agent Lifecycle Management (ALM): Proven ability to manage producer data, including licensing, training, and compliance workflows.Commission (SuccessFactors Integration): Strong understanding of commission structures and workflows, with proficiency in PL/SQL and Oracle database technologies.Advance Workflow: Experience with this SAP-based BPM tool is preferred. Pega experience may be considered as an alternative.
