Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect specializing in the HRSD (Human Resource Service Delivery) module. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, architecting, and implementing scalable HR solutions on the ServiceNow platform, aligning with business objectives and HR transformation initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow HRSD solutionsCollaborate with HR stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutionsDesign and implement Employee Service Center (ESC), HR Case Management, Lifecycle Events, and Knowledge ManagementEnsure best practices in ServiceNow architecture, security, and data privacyIntegrate ServiceNow HRSD with third-party systems (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, etc.)Provide technical leadership to development teams and review configurations/customizationsDrive HR digital transformation initiatives using ServiceNow capabilitiesOptimize platform performance, scalability, and maintainabilitySupport upgrades, releases, and platform governanceEnsure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standardsRequired Skills & Experience10+ years of IT experience with strong ServiceNow expertise3+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow HRSD moduleStrong knowledge of:HR Case ManagementEmployee Service Center (ESC)Lifecycle EventsKnowledge ManagementExperience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Script Includes)Expertise in Integration technologies (REST, SOAP, MID Server)Strong understanding of ServiceNow data model and CMDBExperience in platform architecture and solution designFamiliarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
