Job Title: Certified IAM/PAM ManagerLocation: Hyderabad/BengaluruExperience: 10 - 15 yearsCertification: Any IAM/PAM relevant certification is fineAbout the Role: As a Manager in PwC Cyber Managed Services, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of Identity and Access Management (IAM) services across complex client environments. Partnering closely with clients and global teams, you will drive cyber resilience, regulatory compliance, and innovation by providing strategic direction, technical leadership, and operational excellence.Key Responsibilities:Lead multiple IAM service engagements, managing client relationships and ensuring alignment with business and compliance goals.Oversee operational management of IGA platforms (e.g., SailPoint, Oracle Identity Manager, Saviynt) and PAM solutions (CyberArk, Delinea, BeyondTrust).Manage Access Management solutions including SSO, MFA, and federation (Ping, Okta, Entra ID).Drive optimization of access request workflows, automated provisioning/de-provisioning, and governance adherence.Lead IAM teams, mentor staff, and foster continuous learning and high performance.Oversee incident, problem, and change management processes using ITIL practices and tools like ServiceNow.Champion automation initiatives leveraging PowerShell, Python, Ruby, REST APIs for operational efficiency.Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, lead access reviews, certifications, and audit readiness.Collaborate cross-functionally with IT security, risk, and compliance teams to align IAM strategies with organizational objectives.Monitor SLAs, conduct root cause analysis, and report on IAM program effectiveness to stakeholders.Stay current on emerging IAM trends, technologies, and regulatory changes, incorporating innovations to strengthen managed services.Required Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or related field.10–14 years’ experience in IAM operations, technical project management, and people leadership.Strong expertise with IAM platforms (SailPoint, CyberArk, Oracle Identity Manager, Okta, Ping) and PAM solutions.Relevant certifications preferred: CISSP, CISM, CISA, GIAC, CCSP; IAM-specific certifications (SailPoint Certified Engineer, CyberArk Trustee) advantageous.Proven leadership in managing multi-client IAM engagements and driving service excellence.Experience with scripting (PowerShell, Python, Ruby) and automation via APIs.Familiarity with ITSM tools like ServiceNow, Jira and protocols such as SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect.Key Skills:Strategic thinking and client relationship managementStrong communication and stakeholder engagementTeam leadership and talent developmentRisk management and regulatory complianceTechnical expertise in IAM architectures and automation
