Network Operations Engineer

Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Network Security Engineer with strong expertise in data center networking, security architecture, and advanced routing technologies. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience in BGP, EVPN, and VXLAN, and will be responsible for designing, securing, and optimizing large-scale enterprise and data center networks.Key ResponsibilitiesArchitect, deploy, and manage secure, high-availability enterprise networks across global environmentsImplement and optimize EVPN, VXLAN, and BGP-based network designs for scalable data center connectivityDesign and enforce comprehensive network security policies and best practicesManage and secure data center infrastructure (Cisco, Juniper, Arista, etc.)Perform vulnerability assessments, security audits, and incident responseCollaborate with internal teams on cloud networking and hybrid infrastructure security (AWS, Azure, GCP)Drive automation initiatives using tools such as Python or Ansible to enhance operational efficiencyRequired Qualifications10+ years of experience in network security engineering or network architecture within enterprise environmentsExpert-level understanding of BGP, EVPN, and VXLAN technologiesIn-depth experience with firewalls, VPNs, IPS/IDS, and SDN solutionsStrong knowledge of data center fabric design, distributed networks, and hybrid cloud environmentsFamiliarity with Cisco, Juniper, or Arista enterprise-grade routing and switchingExcellent documentation, communication, and troubleshooting skills Preferred CertificationsCCNP Security, CCIE, CISSP, or equivalentExperience with automation and orchestration tools (Python, Ansible) is a plus
