Freelance FullStack Developer

Our 750+ strong engineering team delivers high-impact solutions across Product and Data Engineering, with deep expertise in Agentic AI, GenAI, RPA, and Full-stack development.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain scalable full stack applications using React (frontend) and Node.js (backend).Actively use Cursor AI and GitHub Copilot for code generation, refactoring, debugging, and test creation.Build and integrate REST APIs and backend services.Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.Ensure code quality through reviews, best practices, and automated testing.Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows.Technical Skills (Must Have):Strong hands-on experience with React.js.Solid backend development experience with Node.js.Strong, proven experience with Cursor AI and GitHub Copilot for daily development workflows.Experience using AI tools for:Rapid prototypingCode optimization and refactoringTest case generationDebugging and documentationGood understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.Good to Have:Experience with TypeScript.Exposure to modern frontend libraries and state management.Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerization.Understanding of secure coding practices.Engagement DetailsCommitment: ~35 hours per week with predictable workload and clear deliverablesWork Model: 100% remote engagement from our sideCompensation: Monthly payouts with a transparent pay cycleTenure: Long-term engagement for high performers; continuity and stability assuredEligibility: Open only to professionals currently working in a full-time remote role (validated during screening)Growth: Opportunity to work on complex, high-impact products alongside senior engineering leadership
