You will own customers, deals, revenue, and closures.You will:Own the complete sales cycle from lead to closureSell Managed IT Services (AMC & MSP), Infrastructure, Cloud, and CybersecurityConvert qualified leads into long-term, recurring service contracts (MRR)Engage CXOs, CIOs, CTOs, and IT Heads in consultative sales discussionsWork closely with inside sales, pre-sales, and delivery teamsDrive negotiations, commercials, and deal closureKey ResponsibilitiesOwn and deliver revenue targets for IT services and solutionsBuild and manage a strong sales pipelinePresent SLA-based proposals, commercials, and scope of workCoordinate solution design with pre-sales and technical teamsMaintain accurate pipeline, forecasts, and activities in CRM (Zoho preferred)Support renewals, upsells, and cross-sell opportunitiesYou SHOULD apply if you have:4–8 years of B2B sales experience in IT services / managed services / system integrationProven experience closing mid-market or enterprise dealsStrong understanding of AMC, MSP, and recurring revenue modelsExperience selling to Indian SMB and mid-market customersComfort owning targets, negotiations, and customer relationshipsWillingness to work on-site in Bangalore and meet customersWhy Join Dhanush30 years of credibility and delivery strengthProven managed services offerings with long-term clientsStrong support from inside sales and technical teamsClear ownership, visibility, and leadership access
