Greetings from TCS Human Resources Team!!TCS is Hiring for SAP BASIS L3Role: SAP BASIS L3Experience Range: 10-16 yrsLocation: Bangalore/HyderabadEducation: Minimum 15 years of full time education (10th, 12th and Graduation)Job Description:· Knowledge of ECC 6.0, SAP NETWEAVER 7.5, 7.3 and Solution Manager 7.2 : Installation, upgrade (release and version) and troubleshooting· Knowledge of client copies and system copies – both performing the task and troubleshooting issues· Knowledge of SAP Webdispatcher, Cloud connector, BOBJ/ DS – installation, upgrade, and troubleshooting· Working knowledge of S4HANA – conversion, migration, upgrade - troubleshooting issues· Working knowledge of SSL/SSO setup - certificate installation and renewal - troubleshooting issues· Working/ intermediate knowledge of HA and DR setup and testing· Working knowledge of HANA and Sybase ASE Database administration. Installation and upgrade of DB and client· Basic knowledge of products like SAP Convergent charging, Convergent mediation, OpenText, HANA XSA etc., - troubleshooting issues·Basic knowledge of OS administration – Linux and Windows· Experience in cloud operations – private and public clouds· Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written· Ability to handle customer calls and independently coordinate between various support teams
