Oracle Fusion Finance FAH SMEAn Oracle Fusion Finance FAH SME is responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end Oracle Fusion Financial FAH (Financial Accounting Hub) Cloud solutions, which involves gathering business requirements, translating them into technical solutions, and overseeing the implementation process. Key responsibilities include leading client workshops, providing expert guidance on best practices, collaborating with technical and business teams, and creating documentation like design and configuration guides. Strong functional and technical experience with Oracle Fusion Financial modules (GL, FAH etc.) is essential, along with excellent communication and leadership skills. Associates should have at least 8+ years of relevant experience in Oracle ERP Financials, with at least 5+ years of Cloud Financials experience implementing FAH solutions.Required Competency:15 years' experience of which 5+ years of relevant exp. working in the role of Solution Architect/Senior Functional consultant in Oracle Fusion Cloud projectsStrong subject matter expertise in all Key Finance Fusion modules (GL/FAH) etc. and SLA configs, including customizing seeded rules, relationships with SCM modules etc. and with multiple certificationsRich experience in designing solutions. Excellent communication and articulation skills. Can explain technical solutions with business flair and get business buy in with excellent documentation skillsAware of entire Fusion landscape - all key modules and offerings and their solution fitment to various business process needsCan lead, own and deliver all Finance modules, design workable and even complex solutions for client needs, provide demo and get agreements and sign off'sHands on approach, self-motivated and take initiative to solve problems, automate manual effort and continuously improve while meeting deadlines in a pressure environmentHas complete project life cycle experience from assessment, requirement gathering, mapping, configuring, designing solutions, testing, training, CRP/UAT and cutover activitiesKey responsibilitiesSolution design:Lead the design and architecture of end-to-end Oracle Fusion Finance solutions, ensuring they align with business requirements and best practices.Requirement analysis:Gather and analyze business requirements, then translate them into effective and actionable Oracle Fusion solutions.Client engagement:Conduct workshops with clients to define /"to-be/" business processes and provide expert-level support throughout the project lifecycle.Documentation:Create and maintain functional documentation, including fit-gap documents, business process flows, functional design documents (FDDs), and test scripts.Technical guidance:Provide functional and technical expertise to business users and project teams, offering guidance on configuration, customization, and integration.Implementation support:Provide support throughout the project delivery and help drive the implementation of the solution.Experience:Proven experience in designing and implementing Oracle Fusion Finance FAH architecture solutions.Technical skills:In-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud financial solutions.Soft skills:Excellent communication, with the ability to translate technical information into business language.Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve functional issues.Leadership and mentoring capabilities.
