Our mission: to unlock the voice of the customer for every product team on the planet.About the roleThis role sits at the intersection of customer adoption and real-world engineering.As a Solution Architect, you will help customers deploy and use Enterpret within their existing technical environments. You will design integrations, shape data flows, and make architectural decisions that enable customers to go live quickly and confidently.You will work in high-leverage moments such as early evaluations, proof-of-concepts, and complex onboarding, where strong technical judgment and execution speed directly impact deal outcomes.This is a hands-on engineering role with deep customer context. You will write code, make architectural calls, and influence how our product and internal tooling evolve based on patterns you observe across customers.What you will do?Own the technical success of customers during evaluations and early onboarding, from first API call to stable data ingestionBuild customer-specific integrations and POCs using production-grade, maintainable codeUnderstand customer systems and data flows, and design architectures that work within their constraintsUnblock technical risks that slow down evaluations or stall deals, helping shorten sales cyclesMake informed calls on when to implement customer-specific solutions versus when to push for scalable platform changesIdentify recurring customer challenges and translate them into clear patterns and inputs for product and engineering teamsImprove internal tools and workflows that help GTM teams operate faster without creating engineering bottlenecksWhat it takes ?4–8 years of experience building and shipping software in production environmentsStrong full-stack engineering fundamentals, with comfort working close to dataHands-on experience with APIs, webhooks, and system integrationsAbility to reason through ambiguous problems and make sound technical trade-offs without complete informationClear communication skills, especially when explaining technical decisions to customers and cross-functional teamsStrong sense of ownership and accountability for outcomes, not just executionBias for action, with the discipline to maintain code quality and reliabilityWhy Enterpret ?You work on technically challenging problems that directly impact revenue and customer successYou gain real exposure to customers, product decisions, and production use casesYour work shapes how integrations and onboarding scale as Enterpret growsYou join a high-ownership team building an AI-native product from first principlesYou grow into a senior technical role with influence across engineering, product, and GTM
