Greystar is looking for an experienced real estate technology professional to join ourPMS technical team. An ideal candidate will bring a combination of hands-on functional & technical expertise from a fast-paced and growing environment. In your journey at Greystar, you will be: Primarily focused on: • Ensuring smooth business operations leveraging technical skillset. • Contributing and enhancing policies and procedures of applications and associated ecosystem. • Enrichment of PMS Technical Support knowledge base and training.Roles and responsibilities: • Prioritize incidents and requests to resolve incidents and requests reported for PMS applications according to defined processes to meet defined SLAs. Provide subject matter expertise of Yardi by assessing an incident from the business workflow and knowledge perspective. It includes detailed understanding of PMSs (like Yardi, Ops tech, etc.) and their inter-dependence (with Kyriba, Procore, Oracle, Salesforce, etc.) within Greystar environment.Requires PMS functional expertise to perform root cause analysis of issues like data missing, data sync issues, etc.Requires PMS functional expertise to identify enhancements in PMSs which can help in accomplishing business benefits.• Use remote tools and diagnostic utilities to aid in resolving service incidents and requests. • Identify recurring issues and provide root cause level fix. • Identify opportunities to automate the business processes. • Monitor and report on data quality metrics, data policy compliance, and governance program performance. • Establishing good relationships with all various functions and colleagues. • Ensuring company information security, data privacy and safety standards are met. Bringing in the below education and experience: • Bachelor’s degree in any stream, or equivalent studies. • 3+ years of experience supporting any of the real estate applications like Yardi, Entrata, Lavanda etc. • Must have Yardi Core Voyager knowledge including accounting experience. • Good to have experience in Procure to Pay, Bank Book, Deposit accounting Yardi modules.Knowledge of journal entries, accounts payable, accounts receivables, budgeting, bank reconciliations, month end accounting activities, etc.Good to have Spanish or French language expertise.Technically sound in: • Ticketing tools: ServiceNow, Zendesk, etc. • Property Management systems: Yardi, Entrata, RealPage, etc. Job Location: • BangaloreReporting to: • Manager PMS Technical Support
