We are hiring for SAP HCM Payroll Consultant role.Interested candidates do apply or share your resume to gayatri.pendse@Experience : 7-9 yrsEducation: BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech/MCALocation: Bangalore/Mysore/Hyderabad/Chennai/PuneIntroductionYour Role and Responsibilities: As SAP HR Functional Consultant, transform vital business needs into code and drive innovation.Key Skills: SAP HCM Time Mgmt./Payroll Module Configurations and implementationsResponsibilities:Personnel Administration, Time Management, Organizational Management, and Payroll (Any Country - GCCInternational preferred), and custom applications related to them.Responsible for maintenance and improvement and implementation of Time Mgmt. and Payroll applications for US, India, China, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Japan through Incident / Change Request ManagementImplement Time Mgmt./Payroll for newer Infosys Rebadged Countries as per management decision.Provide Consulting support to our client on various Payroll related matterConfiguration of Enterprise structure, Time Mgmt., work schedule, Quotas, Positive Time implementation and negative time implementation, payroll calculations, Personal Structure, Payroll Area, Pay structure, Wage type characteristics, Time related wage types, various Payroll schemas, Payroll related Features, writing PCR and inserting the PCR into the schemaPerform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements.Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements, map client business requirements, processes, and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs.Design, customize, configure and testing of SAP HCM services, identify gaps, issues and capability to provide work around solutions.Handle SAP Time Mgmt./Payroll modulesHandle Time Management issues if any is assigned.Ability to independently analyze issues related to PayrollDemonstrate communication skills in a customer/stakeholder facing environment.Must be self-directed, resilient, and creativeResponsible for maintenance and improvement of Time Mgmt. and Payroll applications for US, India, China, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Japan through Incident / Change Request ManagementProvide Consulting support to our business team on various Time Mgmt./Payroll related matterRequired Technical and Professional Expertise.Design, customize, configure and testing of SAP HCM services, identify gaps, issues and capability to provide work around solutions.Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting : investigate, analyze, and solve software problems.Handle changes or emergency transports as needed for high priority issues;Document functional designs, test cases and results.Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team.Experienced in rollout and support projects.Good communication, both written and verbal.Good presentation skills and executive presence.Domain experience of any length in HR field will be added advantage.Project Management experience certification will be added advantage.SAP Certification will be added advantage.Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise· Knowledge of Solution Manager for documentation purpose, or for raising SAP Incidents· Knowledge of any Service Management Tool like RTC / Jira / Service Now etc· Intuitive individual with an ability to manage change and proven time management· Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed· Up-to-date technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications.
