Note: Candidate must be available for F2F discussion during this period.Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced SAP PPQM Consultant to lead the E2E implementation of the SAP PP (Production Planning) and QM (Quality Management) modules in an S/4 HANA environment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Batch Management, Planning Process, Sampling Process, and the Process Industry, along with expertise in both production planning and quality control functionalities.Key ResponsibilitiesE2E Implementation: Lead and manage the SAP PPQM implementation from requirement gathering to go-live, ensuring all business processes are effectively integrated and optimized.S/4 HANA Expertise: Leverage in-depth knowledge of S/4 HANA for system configuration, design, and optimization of production planning and quality management processes.Process Analysis: Analyze and understand current business processes in production planning, scheduling, material management, and quality control. Identify opportunities for optimization.PP Module Customization: Configure and customize the SAP PP module to optimize production planning, material requirements planning (MRP), production orders, and shop floor control.Batch and Sampling Management: Strong experience in Batch Management, Planning Processes, Sampling Processes, and Process Industry workflows.QM Module Customization: Configure and customize the SAP QM module to define quality inspection plans, manage defects, and ensure high-quality standards throughout the production lifecycle.Integration: Ensure seamless integration between PP and QM modules for efficient data flow between production planning and quality control activities.Reporting & Analysis: Develop and implement production reports to monitor production performance, identify quality trends, and support data-driven decision-making.Training & Support: Provide ongoing support and training to production and quality control teams on SAP PP and QM functionalities.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.6+ years of experience in SAP PPQM consulting with expertise in E2E implementations.S/4 HANA: Mandatory experience with S/4 HANA for PP and QM modules.Module Expertise: Strong hands-on experience in SAP PP (Production Planning) and SAP QM (Quality Management).Batch Management: Experience with Batch Management, Planning Processes, and Sampling Processes within Process Industry.Integration Knowledge: Deep understanding of the integration between SAP PP and SAP QM modules.Reporting Skills: Ability to develop reports and conduct data analysis to improve production performance and quality monitoring.Training Skills: Strong ability to provide training and ongoing support for business users.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work independently and in a team, with a collaborative mindset.Good understanding of Agile methodologies and project lifecycle.
