Job Title:- System Administrator D365 F&OExperience:- 5+ YearsLocation:- LTIMindtree Pan India officeJob Description:-Technical Skills Primary• System Administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining the Dynamics 365 platform Finance Supply Chain Project Operations CE modules.• Applications supporting Finance Procurement Sales Marketing Customer Service functions.• Expertise in end-to-end SCM P2P Inventory management Order to cash and related Finance processes.• Adherence to Testing Best Practices Methodologies Unit End To End Etc.• Monitoring and analyzing Dynamics 365 usage.• Assist in maintaining software licenses user access and security roles.• Technical Skills Secondary – Nice to have NOT MANDATORY.• Expertise in Upgrade Migrations and Integration of 3rd party software with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 D365 F O and Dynamics NAV D365 BC.• Follow the Microsoft prescribed best standard practices during the project execution.• Familiar with Agile software development methodologies.Soft Skills• Must have strong written and oral communication skills.• Strong ability to work with client stakeholders.• Requirement Review and Work Effort Estimation.MS Dynamics 365 – System Administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining the Dynamics 365 platform Finance Supply Chain Project Operations CE modules and applications supporting Finance Procurement Sales Marketing Customer Service functions Some of the key tasks and skills of this role include• Implementing and enforcing best practices and standards for Dynamics 365 administration configuration development testing deployment environments and instances.• Monitoring and analyzing Dynamics 365 usage performance availability and health metrics and taking proactive measures with Microsoft to ensure optimal system performance and reliability.• Keeping up to date with the latest Dynamics 365 updates releases features enhancements and best practices and ensuring that the organization's Dynamics 365 environment is compatible and compliant with them.• Assist in maintaining software licenses user access and security roles.• Coordinate and perform database refreshes Manage Dynamics instance cloning and hosting between production and lower environments.• Manage release management and change management processes for Dynamics 365.Skills• D365 Finance & Operations_Functional
