Job Description :- Overall experience of 10-14 years- Technically strong lead able to manage 8 to 10 member team- Extensive experience in design and architecture- Expert in coding & issue resolution- Prior experience - working in DevOps environment- Stakeholder Management- Product development experience (at least 2 years)- Overall experience - 10 years +- Hands-on experience in reactjs- Strong knowledge of Javascript- Experience in designing and architecting web applications using CSS and HTML5- Provide technical leadership to all the development squads in terms of design, reusability, performance, and implementing best practices- Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and automated testing frameworks.- Monitor and optimize the performance, scalability, and reliability of backend systems.- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, debugging and root cause analysis as needed.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including frontend developers to deliver end-to-end solutions.- Review tech deliverables of the team and guide/coach team on best practicesJob Location- Pune/Bangalore
