You will guide technical strategy, mentor engineers, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable data solutions.Tasks:Architect and lead the development of robust data pipelines, ETL systems, and data warehousesWrite and review high-quality code in Python and SQLManage and optimize infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or GCPLead the implementation of data orchestration using Airflow or DBTCollaborate with engineering, analytics, and product teams to align data strategy with business goalsDrive adoption of best practices in data architecture, performance tuning, and automationMentor team members and promote a culture of technical excellenceProfessional Requirements and Expertise:6+ years of experience in data engineeringBachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Engineering, or a related quantitative disciplineDeep expertise in data warehousing, Python, SQL, ETL/data pipelines, and cloud platformsStrong experience with Airflow or DBT for orchestrationGood to Have:Knowledge of Docker, serverless technologies, data architecture, Spark, NoSQL, and CI/CDPersonal Skills:Visionary and hands-on technical leaderStrong mentoring and team development capabilitiesStrategic thinker with a proactive mindsetAbility to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teamsGenuine motivation to contribute to 4flow’s success and align with company culture and values
