In this position, you will oversee day-to-day HR operations, Hiring, develop and implement HR policies, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance with organizational and legal requirements. You will play a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture, managing HR processes, and supporting the end-to-end employee lifecycle within the organization.QualificationsProficiency in Human Resources (HR) operations and HR managementExperience in HiringExperience in designing and implementing HR policiesStrong skills in employee relations and conflict resolutionAbility to manage and optimize HR processes efficientlyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldFamiliarity with statutory compliance and labor laws in IndiaPrior experience in an HR management or operations role is preferredThe role gives the candidate an opportunity to be a part of an early team and effectively shape up organisation culture while working directly with the Founders.
