At A-THON, people don’t just execute tasks — they build systems, shape culture, and grow alongside the company.Role OverviewWe are looking for a Human Resource Intern who will support the HR function in building strong people processes within a fast-growing startup environment.At A-THON, HR is not just about paperwork — it plays a key role in building teams, shaping culture, and supporting the company’s growth journey.In this role, you will get hands-on exposure to recruitment, HR operations, employee engagement, and organizational processes.You will work closely with the leadership and team members, helping ensure that the company continues to build a strong, collaborative, and high-performing team.This role is ideal for someone who is organized, people-oriented, curious about human behavior, and interested in understanding how startups build teams and culture from the ground up.Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent AcquisitionAssist in sourcing candidates for various roles across the organizationCoordinate interview scheduling and candidate communicationSupport the screening of resumes and initial candidate evaluationsMaintain candidate databases and recruitment trackersAssist in managing job postings across platforms and recruitment channelsHR Operations & DocumentationSupport the preparation of HR documents such as offer letters, internship letters, and HR recordsMaintain employee data and HR documentation in an organized mannerAssist in onboarding coordination for new hiresHelp ensure HR processes and documentation are maintained systematicallyEmployee Engagement & Workplace CultureAssist in planning small employee engagement activities and initiativesHelp maintain a positive and collaborative workplace environmentSupport internal communications and HR announcementsAssist with activities that help strengthen team bonding and company cultureHR Research & Process DevelopmentSupport research on HR best practices, policies, and processesAssist in creating structured HR systems suitable for a startup environmentContribute ideas that can improve recruitment efficiency, employee experience, and workplace productivityStartup HR ExposureSince A-THON is a growing startup, HR responsibilities can go beyond traditional roles.
