Senior Payroll ExecutiveExperience: 4–6 years Key ResponsibilitiesPayroll Processing: Run the full payroll cycle, including monthly salary calculations, attendance, leave, and overtime tracking.Compliance & Tax: Ensure compliance with federal/local labor laws, calculate, and deposit statutory deductions (TDS, PF, ESI, PT).Data Management: Maintain, update, and audit accurate employee payroll records and payroll systems.Reporting & Reconciliation: Generate payroll reports, monthly MIS, salary statements, and perform reconciliations.Employee Support: Resolve queries regarding payroll, benefits, and deductions.Onboarding/Offboarding: Handle full-and-final (FnF) settlements, terminal benefits, and document management.Preferably exposure to Darwin box payroll softwareQualification: MBA -Finance or MBA with relevant Experience.
