This role will provide exposure to employee lifecycle management, HR documentation, policy implementation, and internal coordination.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in maintaining employee records and HR databases.Support the HR team in employee onboarding and offboarding processes.Help prepare HR documents such as offer letters, employment letters, and policy documents.Maintain and update employee files and HR documentation.Assist in tracking employee attendance, leave records, and HR reports.Coordinate with internal teams for employee documentation and compliance requirements.Support HR in organizing employee engagement activities and internal events.Help ensure HR policies and procedures are properly documented and followed.Assist in data entry, HR MIS reports, and administrative tasks.Required Skills & QualificationsCandidates who completed MBA / bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.Strong organizational and administrative skills.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and power point.Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.Ability to multitask and work in a structured environment.Preferred SkillsBasic understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle management.Interest in HR administration, employee engagement, and HR compliance.What You Will GainHands-on exposure to HR operations and HR administration processes.Experience in employee lifecycle management.Opportunity to work with HR systems and documentation processes.Internship certificate and potential opportunity for a full-time HR role based on performance.
