Role OverviewWe are looking for a highly competent and experienced payroll professional with strong knowledge of India and Middle East (GCC) payroll, capable of managing enterprise customers independently.The candidate will act as the Primary SPOC for assigned accounts and will handle both end-to-end customer support and full-cycle payroll implementation.Key ResponsibilitiesEnterprise Payroll SupportAct as the Primary SPOC for assigned enterprise customersHandle 20–25 support tickets per day while ensuring SLA adherenceEnsure high levels of customer satisfaction and service qualityManage end-to-end customer support including:Query resolutionFunctional guidanceUser trainingDocumentation maintenanceCoordinate actively with clients and internal technical teams for critical issuesPerform and document Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring issuesMonitor and validate payroll outputs to ensure accuracyPayroll Expertise (India & GCC)Strong hands-on experience in:India Payroll Processing & Compliance as well as GCC / Middle East Payroll Leave policies & sick leave deduction logicGratuity / EOS calculationsGL mapping & bank file validationYTD reporting and payroll reconciliationImplementation OwnershipIndependently drive end-to-end payroll implementationsConduct requirement gathering workshopsPerform system configurationManage UAT and parallel payrollHandle client sign-offsSupport Go-Live and post Go-Live stabilizationPreferredExperience handling enterprise clientsExposure to integrations and payroll interfacesExperience preparing functional documentation and SOPs
