This role is perfect for someone who wants to kick-start their career in HR, enjoys interacting with people, and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.Key Responsibilities:Support end-to-end hiring for fresher and entry-level rolesSource, screen, and call candidates for various positionsSchedule and coordinate interviews with hiring panelsMaintain candidate trackers and ensure timely follow-upsAssist in releasing offer letters and completing onboarding documentationEnsure strong communication and coordination between candidates and internal stakeholdersContribute to improving hiring processes and candidate experienceRequirements:Good written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational and follow-up abilitiesProactive attitude and willingness to learnComfortable working in a dynamic startup environmentAbility to manage multiple tasks at onceAvailable to work 6 days a weekAdditional information:Free Lunch + Snacks DailyCool workspace and fun team environmentExclusive project goodies
