Regional Trainer-We are looking for a dynamic Regional Trainer to join our Learning & Development team. Thisrole is pivotal in onboarding and upskilling Centre Managers, ensuring effective knowledgetransfer, and driving consistent performance across centers.Key Responsibilities:● Deliver engaging training sessions (L0 and OJT) for new Centre Managers.● Facilitate smooth onboarding and ensure readiness of new hires to perform effectively.● Continuously support and track the performance of Centre Managers post-training.● Ensure consistency in delivery of modules and adherence to defined processes.● Collaborate with the L&D team to improve training content and methodologies.Requirements:● Excellent communication and presentation skills.● Strong facilitation and delivery skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.● Prior experience in training, coaching, or mentoring (preferred in sales/operationscontext).● Ability to drive accountability and performance improvement.
