About the CompanyWe are looking for a high-calibre Director – HR to lead the entire people charter at HealthifyMe. This role is both strategic and hands-on, shaping the culture, building high performing teams, and enabling the company’s next phase of growth across India and global markets.About the RoleThe Director- HR will partner closely with the CEO and the leadership team, influencing business decisions with strong people insights, first-principles thinking, and a deep understanding of how talent fuels product and innovation in a B2C tech environment.Responsibilities-People Strategy & Leadership Define and execute the end-to-end HR strategy aligned with the company’s growth plans.Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO and leadership team on org design, talent allocation, and culture.Build scalable people practices that support a hybrid workforce across product, tech, coaching, support, and business functions.Talent Acquisition & Employer Brand Own the hiring engine for both tech and operations teams; ensure velocity, quality, and predictability.Strengthen HealthifyMe’s employer brand in the consumer-tech, AI, and health tech ecosystems.Develop leadership hiring pipelines and succession planning frameworks.Culture, Engagement & Leadership Development Champion a performance-driven, ownership-focused culture rooted in HealthifyMe values.Build leadership capabilities through coaching, enablement, and structured development plans.Foster a culture of psychological safety, collaboration, and first-principles decision making.HR Operations & Employee Experience Oversee HR operations, compliance, and total rewards with a focus on efficiency and employee delight.Drive consistent employee experience across distributed teams—India and global.Use AI-driven tools to streamline workflows, gather insights, and modernise HR processes.Performance Management & Org Design Lead performance cycles that emphasise clarity, fairness, and business impact.Partner with business heads to design org structures, workforce plans, and role architectures.Implement data-driven talent reviews and operating rhythms.Business Partnering Work closely with functional leaders to translate business goals into talent strategies.Provide insights on productivity, engagement, retention, and organisation health.Act as a trusted advisor on team dynamics, leadership effectiveness, and scaling challenges.Qualifications10–12 years of HR experience in high-growth B2C tech startups in India.Experience managing both tech (engineering/product) and non-tech/operations teams.Proven success building HR systems and culture in scaling environments.Strong grounding in HR fundamentals + strategic talent architecture. Required SkillsFirst-principles thinker with a bias for clarity and structured problem solving.High empathy for business and people.Comfort with AI tools and data-led decision making.Exceptional communication and ability to influence senior stakeholders.A builder’s mindset: hands-on, resourceful, adaptable, and comfortable with ambiguity.Preferred SkillsExperience in a mission-driven, AI-powered company.Ability to build systems that help teams do the best work of their careers.
