We are expanding rapidly and are looking for driven Talent Acquisition Interns to support our scaling workforce needs.Role OverviewThe Corporate TA Intern will assist the HR & TA team in end-to-end recruitment activities across various corporate functions such as Marketing, Operations, Finance, Design, E-commerce, Retail, and Supply Chain. This role is ideal for someone passionate about hiring, people processes, and building strong candidate experiences.Key Responsibilities1. Hiring & SourcingSource relevant profiles through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, and referralsScreen resumes based on role requirements and shortlist suitable candidatesConduct initial telephonic screening to assess candidate fitCoordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers2. Candidate ManagementMaintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring processEnsure smooth interview experience and follow-upsManage candidate pipeline on ATS/Excel sheets3. Recruitment OperationsDraft and post job descriptions on job portals and social platformsAssist in planning hiring campaigns and employer branding activitiesTrack hiring metrics and prepare weekly dashboards/reports4. HR SupportSupport onboarding and documentation activitiesAssist HR team in miscellaneous people operations tasks when requiredRequired Skills & QualificationsPursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master’s degree in HR, Business, or related fieldStrong communication and interpersonal skillsGood understanding of hiring processes & job market trendsProficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic HR toolsAbility to multitask and manage deadlinesDetail-oriented with a positive attitude to learningPreferred Added SkillsPrior internship experience in HR/Recruitment (optional)Familiarity with LinkedIn sourcing and job boards (Naukri, Indeed, Internshala, etc.)Interest in fashion, retail, or D2C industryWhat You’ll GainHands-on exposure to end-to-end corporate recruitmentExperience working with a high-growth D2C brandUnderstanding of talent branding and hiring strategiesOpportunity to interact with senior business stakeholdersCertificate of Internship + Potential PPO for high performers
