Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Speech Language Pathologist based in Bengaluru. The individual will assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in children. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing therapy for speech impairments, addressing language development challenges, assisting with swallowing difficulties (dysphagia), and devising individualized care plans. Collaboration with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective treatment will be a key aspect of the role. Qualifications Proficiency in Speech Therapy and addressing Speech impairmentsExpertise in diagnosing and treating Language Disorders and broader Communication DisordersExperience in managing Dysphagia and related swallowing difficultiesStrong interpersonal and collaboration skills to work effectively with families and teamsMaster's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related fieldLicensure or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist is required
