At Biologics, we are aggressively expanding our doctor-led business in South India. We are looking for a high-performance Regional Sales Leader who can build, scale, and dominate the Karnataka, TN, KL & AP/Telangana markets.Role Overview The Regional Sales Manager – South will own the P&L, revenue growth, market expansion, and team performance across states. This is a hardcore business leadership role requiring strong execution intensity, competitive aggression, and the ability to consistently outperform targets. The RSM will lead multiple BDMs and their field teams to accelerate doctor acquisition, revenue generation, and distribution strength across key business accounts - Corporate/ Govt.Location - Bengaluru or Chennai.Key Responsibilities (High Accountability Role) 1. Revenue Ownership & Target Domination ● Drive and exceed aggressive monthly, quarterly, and annual regional targets.● Ensure minimum 100%+ target achievement across all territories.● Push secondary sales growth and ensure strong primary billing alignment.● Deliver consistent growth.2. Market Expansion & Competitive Capture ● Rapidly expand doctor coverage across Surgical segments.● Identify white spaces and penetrate untapped clusters.● Aggressively counter competitor presence with strategic action plans.● Increase active user base and repeat business ratio.3. Second-Line Leadership & Performance Culture ● Lead, review, and stretch BDMs to deliver breakthrough performance.● Conduct monthly reviews with strict accountability metrics.● Drive field intensity: joint work, productivity benchmarks, call averages.● Build a culture of ownership, urgency, and zero-excuse execution.● Take tough decisions on performance gaps when required.4. Distribution & Commercial Discipline ● Strengthen distributor ROI, stock rotation, and liquidation.● Ensure zero stock-out across high-potential territories.● Maintain tight control on credit days and outstanding.● Monitor productivity per head and per territory.5. Doctor Engagement & Brand Positioning ● Develop KOL relationships in top-tier cities (Chennai, Bengaluru & Hyderabad focus).● Ensure scientific detailing excellence and impactful product positioning.● Execute doctor activation programs, CMEs, and brand campaigns with measurable ROI.● Track conversion ratio from coverage to revenue generation.6. Data-Driven Execution ● Monitor KPIs: ○ Per head productivity ○ Coverage vs conversion ratio ○ Growth vs last year ○ Market share improvement● Provide sharp, actionable market intelligence to HO.Ideal Candidate Profile Education: Science/Pharmacy Graduate (MBA preferred)Experience: ● 8–12+ years in WoundCare/Surgical● Minimum 3–5 years as RSM or 2nd line manager● Strong exposure in TN, Karnataka and/or AP/Telangana markets● Proven track record of consistent target overachievementMandatory Strengths:● Strong control over TN KA markets.● Team scaling and performance turnaround experience● Aggressive growth mindset● Strong numbers orientation and analytical ability● High field involvement and execution intensityTravel: Extensive regional travel (70% field focus)Expectations (First 6 Months)● Stabilize and align all BDM territories● Improve productivity per head by minimum 15–20%● Expand active user base by 20%● Achieve consistent 110%+ target achievement● Strengthen distributor performance and reduce outstandingWhy This Role is Critical This position will directly drive South India’s growth trajectory for Biologics under Lifecell International Pvt.
