The objective - to ensure that every doctor, hospital administrator, and clinic in the city knows that when their patient needs mental health support, Amaha is the gold standard.This isn’t a ‘field sales’ role; you will be the face of Amaha to the Bangalore medical community, driving growth through strategic tie-ups and clinical trust.This is a full-time, in-person role, based in Bangalore.Key Responsibilities:● Identify and build relationships with clinicians —specifically Psychiatrists, Psychologists and General Physicians - to drive consistent patient referrals.● Forge ‘win-win’ partnerships with multi-specialty hospitals and local clinics to integrate Amaha’s services into their patient pathways.● Evangelise the Amaha brand - by identifying and participating in OR organising relevant clinical conferences, roundtables, and other events where Amaha clinicians can be positioned as go-to specialists.● Manage and update the doctor ‘CRM’ to ensure all clinician engagement updates are being tracked digitally.● Track referral ROI and conversion metrics to optimize which partnerships are working and which need a rethink.What We’re Looking ForMust-Haves● 7+ years of work experience, of which at-least 4 years have been in Healthcare Account Management/ Business Development/ Clinical Outreach (Pharma, Med-tech, or Hospital Industry)● Strong network with clinicians, hospital administrators, and healthcare leaders.● Excellent communication skills – can project confidence and showcase credibility across various stakeholders.
