Assistant Clinic Manager

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive individual to join our team as a Assitant Clinic Manager / Manager in our HSR clinic in Bangalore. As the Clinic Manager, you will play a crucial role in meeting sales target, ensuring smooth operation of the clinic, assisting in managing daily activities, supervising staff, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. If you are a passionate individual with excellent organizational skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional service, we invite you to join our team.Responsibilities:Revenue Growth and Sales TargetAchieve Center targets, driving revenue growth and maximizing profitabilityDrive new patient inquiries into confirmed consultations and treatmentsPlan and execute promotional event in coordination with corporatePatient Relationship ManagementFront desk handling - meet & greet customers, billing and appointment schedulingEnsure patients are taken good care of and there is minimal to no wait timeExplaining services and related cost associatedEnsure all new and old patient leads are followed up.Solving customer issues post consultation and proceduresKeeping doctor in the loop with patients' feedback/issues over messages and calls.Clinic OperationsResponsible for overall clinic operationsCheck for any wear or tear of machinery, AC, or other equipment & bring it to the notice of managementManaging inventory for products, consumables, and office stationery along with the staffEnsure staff timings and everyone is groomed properlyEnsure proper billing, payment collection, due report follow-up, etc.Overall responsibility for petty cash and day-to-day expensesEnsure proper hygiene and cleanliness of the clinic, treatment rooms, doctor rooms, etc.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or a related field.Language Proficiency: English (fluently)Strong leadership and communication skills.Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.Previous experience in a supervisory or management role preferably in a healthcare setting.Remuneration: 3 to 6 lacs per annum, depending on experience.About us:We are an early-stage consumer healthcare startup building India’s most holistic chain of Medical aesthetics / advanced dermatology.
