QualificationsExcellent Customer Service and Communication skills to effectively interact with clients, staff, and stakeholdersExperience with Budgeting and financial management to handle clinic operations efficientlyKnowledge of Medicine and healthcare practices relevant to clinic managementAbility to train and mentor staff members to maintain performance standardsStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsBachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)Previous experience in healthcare or clinic administration is an advantage
