Role: Senior Immigration SpecialistJob Type: Full TimeLocation: Bangalore, IndiaMorae Global seeks to find the best and the brightest people – those who understand what it takes to deliver top quality solutions for our clients.Responsibilities: Drafting H-1B and Adjustment of Status (AOS) visa petitions with accuracy and compliance.Coordinating with attorneys and foreign nationals for visa petition drafting and documentation.Managing end-to-end client communication, including gathering required information, providing case updates, and addressing queries related to immigration processes.Assisting with petition preparation, reviewing supporting documents for accuracy and compliance, and ensuring timely submission of applications.Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders to track case progress, maintaining detailed case records, and delivering a high level of client service throughout the immigration lifecycle.Demonstrate proficient knowledge of US Immigration policies and procedures.General Requirements: LLB or Graduate with excellent English communication skills.Prior experience in US Immigration.Ability to work independently and efficiently by coordinating with Attorneys.Willingness to work in the 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM shift.Maintain professionalism and empathy in client interactions.Adaptability to handle varying workload demands.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.Commitment to upholding confidentiality and data security standards.About Morae:Morae is a dynamic, high-growth organization that provides an integrated suite of solutions to corporate law departments and law firms, and partners with leading software and services providers, both within and outside the legal industry.
