Hiring: AFC Installation ManagerLocation: BangaloreExperience: 10+ YearsWe are hiring an experienced AFC Installation Manager for Metro/Railway projects.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and manage AFC system installation activities at project sites.Coordinate with Civil, E&M, and subcontractor teams to ensure infrastructure readiness.Supervise cable laying, equipment installation, testing, and commissioning support.Inspect delivered AFC equipment and ensure proper installation.Conduct installation tests and resolve any deficiencies.Monitor safety, quality, and compliance with project standards.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.Identify risks, delays, and propose mitigation plans.Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Communication Engineering, or related field.10+ years of total experience.Experience in AFC installation or interface management in Metro/Railway/LRT/High-Speed Rail projects.Strong knowledge of AFC systems, engineering drawings, and installation processes.Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD.Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
