Responsibilities include overseeing daily warehouse operations, managing dispatch and logistics, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring accurate and timely deliveries, and maintaining compliance with operational standards. The role also requires efficient handling of customer queries related to deliveries, ensuring prompt resolution to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.QualificationsProficiency in Dispatching and understanding logistics processesStrong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skillsExcellent Communication and Phone Etiquette skillsOrganizational and time-management skills for managing operations efficientlyAbility to work collaboratively with teams and external partnersPrior experience in warehousing or dispatch operations is preferred but not mandatoryBasic understanding of inventory management systems is a plusKey ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate inventory records and stock levelsPick, pack, and dispatch daily ordersProcess and schedule orders via Shopify and ShiprocketCoordinate with courier partners for pickups and deliveriesTrack shipments and resolve delivery issuesManage returns and ensure proper inventory reconciliationMaintain warehouse organization and hygieneRequirements1–2 years experience in D2C / e-commerce operationsHands-on experience with Shopify and ShiprocketBasic understanding of inventory managementDetail-oriented and reliableComfortable with daily in-office work
