PCBA Test Technician

Area of Responsibility:• Production line support• New product• line production process control• Training• DowntimeDescription of Responsibility / Key Tasks1.To install, debug and accept new test equipment.2. To maintain test equipment and solve problems concerning with test equipment and test process to support production.3. To ensure that the product quality requirements are taken care of in the defined work area.4.To draft work instructions & procedures, manage and update technical files.5.To develop the test process to reduce test cycle time.6.To draft training material and conduct training for operators7.Cross project support & assistance to meet the org objectives.8. Downtime analysis, Troubleshooting of tester and product, Issue Tracking,Contigency plan, backup solutions. Improvements, cost saving.Tester installation/Commissioning & Quality Assurance:•Sound ICT Principles.•ICT Programming knowledge•ICT Programming and fine tuning.•Basics of Components-Actives and Passives.•Debugging and Analytical ability•Thorough Knowledge of Quality tools (Cpk, G R & R, PFMEA)•Tester Validation, Ensure all products meet quality standards through rigorous testing.Zero defect,Lean,SOP/WI,8D,5W, GR & R, CpCpK.6 SigmaEquipment maintenance and spare Management:•Test yield improvement / Direct test equipment troubleshooting / PM.•Line set up / Edit new program / Order new fixture and check it / verify the new product line.•Test method development / Test time reduction / capacity improvement.• PM,Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.OEE,MTBF,MTTR.
