We're Hiring: Associate / Assistant Manager – Technical Due Diligence (Risk Advisory)Are you a civil engineering or architecture professional with a knack for project monitoring and risk assessment? We are looking for a detail-oriented Associate / Assistant Manager to join our Technical Assessment & Monitoring team in Bengaluru.In this role, you will be the eyes and ears on the ground, ensuring that large-scale real estate investments—ranging from residential townships to commercial hubs—are progressing safely, legally, and on budget.What You Will DoProject Monitoring: Conduct regular site visits to track physical progress and summarize key findings.Cost & Bill Management: Prepare detailed project cost estimates (Civil, MEP, Infrastructure) and handle BOQ-level quantity estimations and bill certifications.Regulatory Compliance: Apply your knowledge of development regulations, FAR/FSI, and building approval processes to ensure projects meet all legal requirements.Financial Oversight: Review ESCROW accounts, track construction cash flows, and monitor deal covenants and sales MIS.Risk & Quality Control: Evaluate project risk parameters, review site safety/quality practices, and identify non-compliance issues.Project Scheduling: Prepare and track construction timelines using MSP or Primavera.What You Bring to the TableEducation: Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or Architecture. An MBA in Construction Management or Real Estate is a plus.Experience: 2–3 years in project management or bill certification.
