Event Manager

Position: Event Manager / Assistant Event Manager Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and organized Event Coordinator to plan, manage, and execute events across Gopalan properties. The role involves coordinating with vendors, managing on-ground execution, and ensuring smooth delivery of all event activities. This role will support events across Gopalan Florenza, Gopalan Olympia, and Gopalan Malls. Key Responsibilities 1 Plan and execute events, promotions, and activations across assigned locations 2 Coordinate with vendors, artists, and agencies for smooth execution 3 Manage event setup, logistics, and overall on-ground operations 4 Ensure timely arrangement of stage, sound, lighting, and other event requirements 5 Handle crowd management and ensure seamless event flow 6 Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and security 7 Monitor event budgets and track all related expenses 8 Manage budgets effectively and coordinate with the accounts team for vendor payments 9 Collect, analyze, and report event feedback 10 Support social media and promotional activities during events Requirements 1 Bachelor’s degree (any field) 2 3–6 years of experience in event management (preferred) 3 Good communication and coordination skills 4 Ability to handle multiple events simultaneously 5 Flexible to work on weekends and evenings 6 Basic knowledge of MS Excel & PowerPoint Skills Required 1 Strong organizational skills 2 Problem-solving ability 3 Vendor management 4 Time management 5 Team coordination 6 Creativity in event planning
