The role involves providing high-quality service to foreign guests and clients, ensuring an excellent dining and hospitality experience in a unique hydroponics agriculture–based environment.Key Responsibilities:Welcome and attend to foreign guests and clients in a courteous and professional mannerSet up dining tables as per service standards (cutlery, crockery, linens, and presentation)Provide complete food and beverage service during meal hoursTake orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure guest satisfactionManage and support operations at the bar counter, including basic service and cleanlinessEnsure hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards are maintained at all timesCoordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth operationsHandle guest queries and requests promptly and politelyRequired Skills & Qualifications:Fresher with a strong interest in hospitality and customer serviceGood communication skills (basic English mandatory; additional languages are a plus)Pleasant personality with a service mindsetWillingness to work in the Maldives island environmentReady to work in shifts and handle a physically active roleAbility to interact confidently with international guestsPreferred Attributes:Internship experience in F&B DeptWillingness to learn and adapt to international service standardsTeam player with a positive attitudeBenefits:Opportunity to work in an international island settingAccommodation and meals as per company policy
