Fast growing Analytics Co, with operations in USA and Bengaluru hiring Solution Architects with strong technical background in Data Engineering.In Nutshell - Strong Pharma + Data Science + Pre-sales/Solutioning. Candidate should have 6–7+ years of relevant pharma experience (must) and be very strong in data science (no compromise). Must have proven experience in RFPs, solution design, and GTM, with ability to translate pharma business problems into DS solutions and drive client conversations.Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to define and execute the strategy for the Pharma practice. The role entails working with Senior Enterprise Leaders to identify problems of value and design the optimal solution. In addition, the role would require defining the strategy to ensure maximum effectiveness of the practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Job ResponsibilitiesAs a Solutions Architect - Pharma in the Solutioning Team, you will be leading the Pharma practice to ensure Co’s effective positioning of their offerings and expertise.As a Solutions Architect - Pharma, your role will entail:Defining the Strategy around the positioning and offerings of the Pharma practice.Provide guidance and intel to the GTM teams as they operationalize the Pharma growth strategies.Lead conversations with Enterprise stakeholders to assess their current state and identify problems of business value.Lead the research and operations practice to design the best in class solutions for identified problemsLead the teams to design and create an effective way of working processCollaborating closely with cross-functional teams, translating client requirements, and delivering tailored data and analytics solutions.Demonstrating proficiency in estimating and aligning a realistic end-to-end data science project roadmap, ensuring buy-in from respective internal and client stakeholdersFostering a collaborative environment by mentoring team members, promoting continuous learning, and instilling an innovation culture.Exhibiting a keen understanding of business needs and challenges, with the ability to translate technical insights into business value, positioning yourself as a strategic partner in decision making.
