MGS India has plans to significantly ramp-up its growth over the next 18-24 months while servicing MUFG’s global network across Americas, EMEA and Asia Pacific.About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled Authentication & Directory Services Engineer (Senior Analyst) to join our Corporate Technology team. This role will focus on the design, engineering, and management of authentication and directory services, primarily centered around Microsoft Active Directory (on premises) and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD). The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the strategic direction, operational excellence, and continuous improvement of authentication services, ensuring secure and scalable identity management across the organization. Key Responsibilities:Manage and support Active Directory (AD) and Entra ID (Azure AD) environments.Implement and maintain authentication solutions including SSO, MFA, and Conditional Access.Handle application onboarding/offboarding for authentication and SSO services. Act as an escalation point for complex authentication and access-related issues. Troubleshoot incidents and ensure timely resolution of BAU tasks. Monitor system performance, availability, and security of authentication platforms. Develop and maintain technical documentation and best practices. Drive automation using PowerShell/Python for user and access management. Analyze performance and security metrics to identify improvements. Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards (e.g., SOX, GDPR).Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support identity and access initiatives. Required Skills & Experience:Strong expertise in Microsoft Active Directory and Windows Server.Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).Deep understanding of authentication protocols: SAML, OAuth, Kerberos, LDAP.Experience in SSO, MFA, Conditional Access implementation. Strong scripting skills in PowerShell and knowledge of KQL. Solid understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM) and cybersecurity. Proven experience in troubleshooting authentication and directory issues. Experience working in large enterprise/global environments. Good to Have:Experience with Quest AD tools (e.g., Change Auditor, Recovery Manager). Knowledge of ADFS, Certificate Services, PAM. Exposure to cloud technologies (Azure, SaaS, Infrastructure as Code). Understanding of regulatory frameworks (SOX, GDPR). Experience in financial services domain. Education & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (preferred). 8+ years of experience in Authentication/Directory Services or equivalent expertise.
