Our solutions range from tactical radios to radars, and from research to mission critical applications.About the RoleAs a Senior Mechatronics Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, development, and integration of electromechanical systems for our advanced electronic products. Your primary responsibility will be to develop robust mechanical solutions for electronic and RF systems, ensuring performance, reliability, and manufacturability.You will work closely with cross-functional teams to contribute your expertise in mechanical design and system integration. This includes improving product designs to ensure ease of manufacturing while meeting high quality and performance standards.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement design concepts and detailed designs for electromechanical systems including enclosures, chassis, and assemblies.Perform 3D modelling and drafting using CAD tools and ensure design documentation is maintained.Design and optimize thermal management solutions such as heat sinks, airflow paths, and cooling mechanisms.Ensure EMI/EMC compliance through proper shielding, grounding, and enclosure designCollaborate with electronics, RF, and system teams for seamless integration of PCBs into mechanical enclosures.Identify and troubleshoot issues related to mechanical design, thermal performance, and system integration.Support prototype development, testing, and validation, including environmental EMI/EMC testing.Analyse design performance and provide improvements for reliability, manufacturability, and cost optimization.Rendering of Mechanical Models to give insights across the cross functional teams.Qualification5+ years of experience in electromechanical design, development, and integration.Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Mechanical / Electromechanical / Electronics Engineering.Proven experience in electromechanical system design, including enclosures and assemblies.Strong understanding of mechanical design principles, materials, and thermal management.Knowledge of materials for enclosures, heat sinks, conformal coatings.Knowledge of Power Supplies, DC to DC converters, Batteries, etc.Working knowledge of CAD tools (SolidWorks / Creo / NX)Working knowledge on Analysis tools (Ansys Workbench, HFSS )Basic understanding of electronics integration, PCB layout constraints, and EMI/EMC considerations.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Good communication skills in English.Willing to travel for meeting client requirements.Employee Status and CommitmentsPermanent full-time role based at our Hyderabad office with occasional onsite client visits.Overtime may be required to ensure client projects are delivered on time.Weekend work is rare but may be required based on project needs.Why Join Us?Culture of Excellence: We foster an environment where individuals can grow and make meaningful contributionsOpportunities for Growth: We invest in employee development and career progressionCollaborative Culture: Work in a supportive and team-oriented environmentInnovative Environment: Be part of a team driving innovation in advanced electronic and RF systems
