The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in high-speed interfaces and full-chip verification, with strong expertise in SerDes, Ethernet MAC, PCIe, D2D (Die-to-Die), and SoC-level integration.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute verification plans for SoC, subsystems, and IP blocks.Build and maintain UVM-based verification environments for block, subsystem, and full-chip verification.Verify high-speed interfaces including SerDes, Ethernet MAC, PCIe, and D2D.Drive SoC-level integration testing, including end-to-end data paths and system flows.Perform functional, performance, and stress testing across multiple configurations.Analyze and debug simulation and emulation failures to root cause issues.Develop and track functional coverage and drive coverage closure.Work closely with design, firmware, and architecture teams to ensure first-time-right silicon.Required Expertise5+ years in ASIC/SoC verification or emulationStrong experience with platforms such as Siemens Veloce, Cadence Palladium, Synopsys ZeBu, or equivalent RTL debug skills (SystemVerilog/Verilog) and familiarity with UVM environmentsExperience with large SoC bring-up, performance tuning, and regression flowsKnowledge of interfaces/protocols such as PCIe, Ethernet, DDR, CXL, USB, etc.Experience with software-driven validation is a plusStrong communication and technical leadership skillsScaledge has 400+ engineers across the USA and India supporting leading semiconductor companies on advanced products.If this aligns with your interests, please share your resume along with:Total experienceCurrent compensationExpected compensationAvailabilityPreferred location in the USAContact number
