This is your opportunity to join a dynamic team, collaborating to lead a team to work in our QA team to ensure quality & excellence in our software & systems.You will be responsible to drive the evaluation, design, and implementation of scalable test automation and ETL testing frameworks. This role is ideal for someone who thinks strategically, leads automation architecture, defines quality metrics, and ensures our products meet the highest standards of performance, reliability, and scalability while leveraging AI/ML in test automation and ETL testing.THE GIG As a QA Automation Specialist in our Enterprise Technology team, you will:Understand the test automation and ETL testing needs of enterprise applicationsWorks closely with development team to ensure all functional changes are tested either manually or in an automated wayDevelop robust, automated test scripts and plans using PlaywrightEnsures the scripts are running in pipelineBuild reusable libraries and utilities for automation that can be leveraged across teams and projectsDefine the overall test strategy and test plan for ERP applications across functional, regression and integrationWork very closely with Data & Analytics team to ensure ETL testing of the pipelines including snowflake, Airflow and Dag based testing.Design and implement modular, maintainable automation frameworks that support UI, API, integration, and ETL testingTHE STUFF THAT SETS YOU APARTMust-Have Experience:4-6 years of relevant experience in test automation in designing and implementing robust automation frameworks for web, mobile, and backend systems.( using Playwright)Proven experience designing and scaling automation frameworks from scratch across enterprise applications.1-2 years of experience in ETL testing for the enterprise applications (using tools like Airflow, DAG, snowflake etc.)Expertise in Java script, Type scriptStrong grasp of testing strategies: unit, integration, functional, and exploratory.Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins) and cloud-based testing tools (BrowserStack, Perfecto, Saucelabs).Proficient in API and backend testing using Postman, Swagger, SoapUI, or custom frameworks like Rest assuredExperience of working with other development teams to ensure quality is designed in at all stages of product lifecycleProficient in writing SQL queriesTechnical Skills:Skilled in developing scalable test solutions using Java script and Type scriptExperience of writing test automation for web apps and mobile devices.Experience of deployment pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub, or JenkinsProficient with test management systems such as JIRA, Zephyr Scale etcExperience of testing without UI, using test drivers, simulators, harnesses, and API tools like SwaggerUI, Postman and SoapUI.Experience in working with browserstack, perfecto, saucelabs etc.Expertise in developing & maintaining automated test scriptsExperience in evaluating test automation and performance testing tools and leveraging AI based automationDesirable Skills/ExperienceExperience of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance (and Operations)Experience of solutions using Microsoft Azure Integration ServicesAbility to operate with relative independence in a fast-paced work environment.Experience of Analytics and Power BISoft Skills:Excellent communication and stakeholder management.Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.Education:Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics) or equivalent experience.QA Certification (eg ISTQB) is desirableWe live and breathe Rebellious Self Expression at Dr. Martens, and there are 3 core values at the heart of it.
