Implementation Engineer

About the Role:We are looking for a Brand Check Implementation Engineer to join our growing team in India. This role is central to supporting our global clients in the implementation, configuration, and operation of Brand Check — an AI-powered compliance and brand governance tool integrated within the Platform.Responsibilities:Client Implementation & SupportAct as the primary technical contact for client teams during Brand Check onboardingand deployment.Configure Brand Check workflows, rules, and models according to brand guidelines, visual standards, and compliance requirements.Work with internal platform teams to align Brand Check configurations with each client's broader automation and content review processes.Conduct testing and QA with client stakeholders to validate performance and ensure smooth integration.Provide ongoing operational support, including performance monitoring, fine-tuning, and issue resolution.Technical Configuration & DevelopmentWrite and maintain Python-based configuration scripts to define brand rules, content validation logic, and API integrations.Support the setup of data pipelines and model configuration files within theplatform infrastructure.Collaborate with AI and engineering teams to enhance Brand Check's automation features, including metadata validation, content scoring, and feedback loops.Troubleshoot technical issues related to deployment, model performance, or integration.Client Collaboration & InsightsTranslate client brand standards into actionable technical configurations and AI rule sets.Gather feedback from client stakeholders and help prioritize feature enhancements in partnership with product teams.Deliver training sessions and create documentation for client users and internal teams. Required Skills and Experience:Technical SkillsStrong experience with Python (API calls, JSON manipulation, scripting automation).Familiarity with REST APIs, webhooks, and cloud-based integrations.Basic understanding of AI/ML workflows(classification, tagging, validation models) preferred.Experience with content management, ad review, or production automation tools is a plus.Soft SkillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills - ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.Proven experience in client-facing technical roles (e.g., implementation engineer, solutions engineer, or integration consultant).Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Ability to work cross-functionally with engineers, designers, and brand managers across global time zones.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.3-6 years of experience in software implementation or client solutions engineering.Experience in the marketing, creative production, or brand technology domain is a plus.
