Established in 2020 as a greenfield venture of the Tata Group, the company aims to serve global customers through integrated offerings across a trusted electronics and semiconductor value chain.Roles & ResponsibilitiesWork with BD & PM to define project needs and design SMT line setupsSpecify equipment, throughput, manpower, and layouts; provide data for quotesSelect and purchase equipment, prepare Capex justifications, and manage installationEstablish process flow, set parameters, program machines, and arrange custom toolingValidate processes with pilot builds, monitor output, resolve issues, and get customer approvalCoordinate across departments, align supply chain and quality plans, train staff, and support NPIOversee ramp-up, optimize performance, resolve issues, and support early mass productionSet up new SMT production lines for Business Development projects, translating customer requirements into effective manufacturing solutionsFrom initial proposals to installation and qualification, ensure each line is configured for quality, output, cost, and timely launchHandle equipment selection, layout, process tuning, documentation, and production support, collaborating with internal teams and customerMust-Have SkillsThe candidate must have strong expertise in SMT assembly and PCB manufacturing, including screen printing, pick-and-place, reflow soldering, and AOIHands-on NPI experience and the ability to establish production lines are required. Knowledge of DFX principles for manufacturability and testability is essentialFamiliarity with lean methods like 5S and Six SigmaUnderstanding of supply chain management and component procurement, are also expectedDomain expertise in EMS or high-volume electronics production.Willingness to travel for customer meetings or supplier visits as needed.Ability to coordinate with global teams across time zones when required.
