The Battery Pack Engineer will be responsible for the design, development, and testing of battery pack systems, ensuring performance, reliability, and safety standards. In addition to this the Battery Pack Engineer shall be responsible for setting up manufacturing lines to run multiple products. The responsibilities include conducting research and development in energy storage systems, optimizing battery pack components, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure product efficiency. Thorough understanding of manufacturing processes and compliance with industry standards is expected.QualificationsExpertise in Batteries and Energy Storage systemsKnowledge of Materials Science and its application in battery technologyProficiency in Electrical Engineering as it pertains to energy systemsExperience in Research and Development (R&D) in energy solutionsStrong problem-solving abilities, analytical thinking, and attention to detailFamiliarity with safety and quality standards in battery technology and energy systemsBachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related fieldPrior experience in the electric vehicle industry is a plus
