Senior Engineer - Planning (Civil)

Roles & Responsibilities:• Preparing detail activity-wise Master Program Schedule for the entire project with MSproject/Primavera(P6) software and regularly tracking with base line.• Preparing sequence of activities to be constructed in order to utilize the time effectively for thesmoother and faster construction.• Co relate program schedule prepared by subcontractors with Master Program Schedule.• Design and develop formats to monitor progress of work and reporting.• Conducting weekly site meeting to monitor progress of work, co-ordinate activities of allagencies and ensure that all outstanding matters, drawings and decisions are resolved.• Monitoring progress of work, submitting periodic status report to management on executionplanned and achieved.• Preparing, monitoring and updating the TES for long led items to procurement the material,equipment etc. to be procured by contractors dept.• Follow up with architects and consultants for obtaining drawings & details.• Preparing & updating project cash flow.• To follow up with contractors’ staff on manpower/materials at site for daily activities.• Prepare Mitigation and catch up schedule in case of delays.• Maintaining Risk Register and updating the same to top management.• Coordinate closely with the site team to update the Project Head of decisions that require to betaken in the interest of the Project.• Coordinating with Architect to get the certificate for RERA• Assisting in preparing the project update for RERA• Preparing the monthly progress report of each project to submit to CRM/management• Maintaining the contract documents, Purchase orders and drawing register• Updating the payment tracker• Other duties within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job, as requested by management.
