Job Title : SRAM Characterization Engineer Notice Period: ImmediateLocation: BangaloreRole and Responsibilities:Responsible for Creating critical path netlist and running characterization of SRAMResponsible for generating lib/avm/dat viewsResponsible for performing quality checks on lib/avm/dat viewsSkill Requirements:Basic Understanding of SRAM Architecture and Functionalilty.Good Understanding of SRAM Liberty, AVM, Dat views.Should be able to understand timing, power and leakage measurements in SRAM.Should be well versed in Finesim / Primesim simulations.Good Scripting skills (Perl/Pythod/shell).Characterization of SRAM design for timing/power/leakage.Good to have:Good Scripting skills (Perl/Pythod/shell).Data analysis for Characterization DB.Experience:3 to 5 years of professional experience in SRAM/ROM Characterization.Qualifications:B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech/M.E
