If you want to learn what it takes to sell to enterprises and build a category-defining company, this is the place.About the Job:At Refold AI, our value proposition is centered around drastically simplifying enterprise integrations — turning what typically takes months of manual coding into automated, adaptive and maintainable workflows in a short span of time using the power of AI and Agents.Job Responsibilities:Own the solution delivery of customer integrations end-to-end, ensuring quality, stability, and alignment with requirements.Build adaptive, maintainable, and scalable integration workflows using the Refold AI platform — including data mapping, workflow logic, system connectivity, and error-handling patterns.Support pre-sales with product expertise and proof-of-concept builds.Work closely with Product & Engineering teams to escalate platform issues, relay technical feedback, and shape new features that enhance integration capabilities.Engage with prospects and customers to support technical discussions, clarify requirements, and present solution designs.Explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, structured way.Provide post-go-live assistance for integration enhancements, tuning, and platform optimization.Collaborate with customer engineering teams to validate environments, run test cycles, and assist with deployments.Qualifications2 to 5 years of experience in solutions engineering, integration engineering, or technical implementation roles.Strong expertise with APIs, authentication flows, and system integration patterns.Hands-on experience writing scripts or code (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js).Solid understanding of data formats (JSON, XML), transformations, and mapping logic.Experience with enterprise systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, Salesforce, Workday, etc.).Familiarity with iPaaS or workflow automation tools such as Workato, Boomi, Mulesoft, Snaplogic, Merge etc.Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills across systems and APIs.
