Job Title: Primavera L2 Support EngineerPosition Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Primavera L2 Support Engineer to provide second-level support for Oracle Primavera P6 and related project management applications. The role involves resolving user issues, supporting project scheduling and reporting, and collaborating with L1 support and technical teams to ensure system stability and performance.Key Responsibilities:Provide Level 2 support for Oracle Primavera P6 and related tools (e.g., Primavera Web Access, P6 EPPM).Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to project scheduling, user access, data integrity, and performance.Assist project managers and planners with schedule updates, baseline management, and reporting.Monitor system health and escalate complex issues to L3 or vendor support as needed.Support user onboarding, training, and documentation of standard procedures.Collaborate with IT and infrastructure teams for patching, upgrades, and configuration changes.Maintain compliance with organizational policies and project governance standards.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.3–5 years of experience supporting Primavera P6 in a project-driven environment.Strong understanding of project scheduling concepts and Primavera P6 functionalities.Experience with user administration, global data management, and reporting tools.Familiarity with Oracle databases and SQL for basic troubleshooting.Excellent communication, analytical, and documentation skills.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with Primavera integrations (e.g., with SAP, ERP, or document management systems).Knowledge of Primavera P6 EPPM architecture and web-based components.Exposure to ITIL practices and service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow).Oracle Primavera certifications are a plus.
